On behalf of all the team at Sold Out National Event Management. I am writing to express my sincerest thanks to you and the rest of your team for the professional assistance given to us at the recent Telstra Australian Short Course Swimming Championships held in Melbourne.
The event was a stunning success, with nothing but positive feedback received about the look and feel of the pool deck. This is largely due to once again to the professional standard of the supplied infrastructure installed by your team – thank you!
The "nothing is a problem" premise that is always displayed by yourself and your crew is a pleasure to work with, making what can often be a stressful task so much easier.

Dear Marcus,
Well, the honeymoon is over, unfortunately. Actually, it's been over for a month! My God, how time flies when your recovering from a wedding! Especially ours. Only as we look back do we realise what an immense job we took on - to organise, from the ground up, an outdoor wedding for 160 people, in just 7 weeks.
Maybe you know what's coming next. Yep we couldn't have done it without you. Thanks, Marcus, very deep and sincere thanks. You and your team were terrific. You were so patient and helpful. You enthusiastically took on board our wishes for "something different", and worked in partnership with us. You kept both the details and the "big picture" in mind. You provided a detailed and itemised account, and kept up with many of our revisions and changes along the way. You did everything you said you would, when you said you would. You always made time to speak with us, and did not rush us on the hard decisions. You called back and faxed when you said you would. You and your team worked bloody hard on the day (esp. considering your 1.00am finish the night before!), and were clever and flexible in overcoming the challenges of the site. You delivered a second portable toilet on the day, in one hour! You worked with your other providers (linen, toilets, etc), making you our single point of contact, instead of us having to deal with so many others. You provided very high quality equipment, all of it clean and in top condition. You provided really great staff. You left the site completely free of rubbish and junk.
Your performance was the key to the success of our day. We relied very heavily on you delivering seamless and professional service. You never even remotely looked like failing! It was a genuine pleasure dealing with you. We continue to recommend you very highly.
We tried on the day to deliver this bottle with our personal thanks, but couldn't find you (and we were exhausted and didn't look far!!) So now it has aged another month! Please accept it with our sincere thanks. We are only too happy to provide personal recommendations if you wish - just call us. |

Yes, its over. And, the day was a great success.
The marquee looked spectacular, and I appreciate the effort that you went into making it all happen, including all the extra care and attention to detail from you and your team, to ensure that all was as we wished it would be.
As I have mentioned to you, we have had many positive comments from our clients and their guests. I hope this will lead to future bookings using your marquee at Emu Bottom – and next time we will do it much more easily!
Again, thank you for helping us to make this day such a memorable occasion.
